Data protection

The Apéro Géopolitique Genève takes the privacy of people registering for its conferences seriously. This page explains what data we collect and how we use it, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

Data collected

When you register: first and last name, e-mail address and, if you provide them, phone number, organisation or position, number of people, participation in the cocktail and your question for the speakers.

Use

This data is used solely to organise the event: managing registrations and seating, preparing the cocktail reception, sending you a confirmation and, if necessary, contacting you about your registration. It is never sold, rented or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

Form transmission

The registration form is sent to our mailbox through the FormSubmit service. The website is hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak.

Retention

Data is kept only for as long as necessary to organise the event and follow up on it.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to info@apero-geopolitique.ch.
